As an Account Executive Mid-Market - France, you'll join our high-energy Sales team to hunt and close deals with companies sized 50-500 employees, helping them transform their go-to-market strategies. We're seeking a quota-crushing seller passionate about inbound methodologies, fluent in French market nuances, and ready to thrive in our transparent, adaptable culture where every voice shapes our €2B+ mission. Your day-to-day will involve owning the end-to-end sales process: from strategic prospecting using HubSpot tools and LinkedIn to delivering compelling demos that showcase how our CRM drives revenue growth. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to craft personalized solutions, navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, and close €50K-€250K ARR deals while forecasting accurately in our collaborative environment. Success here means not just hitting quotas but contributing to HubSpot's European expansion through territory planning, event participation, and mentoring peers in our HEART-driven culture.
