Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in France
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and sales tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure customer growth and retention
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Develop territory-specific strategies to penetrate the French market
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer needs
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities in France
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
  • Upsell and expand existing accounts within the mid-market segment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or CRM software
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding quota in mid-market sales (companies with 50-500 employees)
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong understanding of the French market and business culture
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events
  • Valid work authorization in France or EU
