About the Role

In this role, you'll drive revenue growth by selling HubSpot's powerful suite of tools to mid-market businesses (50-500 employees), helping them attract visitors, convert leads, and delight customers through data-driven inbound strategies. You'll leverage HubSpot's own CRM to manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and hit ambitious quotas while providing market insights that shape our localized go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in France
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure using HubSpot CRM
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's inbound marketing, sales, and service tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive pipeline growth
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on French market trends to inform HubSpot's go-to-market strategy
  • Stay updated on HubSpot product updates and competitive landscape
  • Participate in industry events and webinars to generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in HubSpot
  • Mentor junior sales team members on best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting mid-market accounts
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and inbound marketing principles
  • Experience selling to French mid-market businesses (50-500 employees)
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and events in France
  • Valid work authorization in France or the EU

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/inbound marketing platforms
