HubSpot is seeking a dynamic Account Executive, Mid Market - France to join our high-growth Sales team. In this role, you'll drive revenue by selling HubSpot's powerful CRM, inbound marketing, sales, and service hubs to mid-market companies (50-500 employees) across France. Leveraging HubSpot's flywheel methodology, you'll prospect innovative businesses, deliver compelling demos, and close deals that empower customers to grow better. As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle: from generating leads through targeted outreach and events, to qualifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless handoffs to Customer Success. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Partner teams to build a robust pipeline, while using HubSpot's own tools to forecast accurately and optimize your process. Success here means consistently exceeding quotas in a supportive, data-informed environment where your contributions directly fuel HubSpot's mission to help millions of businesses grow. We're looking for a fluent French-English speaker with 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a track record of overachievement, and a deep affinity for CRM and inbound strategies.
