In this role, you'll drive revenue by selling HubSpot's powerful CRM, inbound marketing, sales, and service hubs to mid-market companies (50-500 employees) across France. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in France
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and sales tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and partner teams to drive pipeline growth
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product roadmap

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting mid-market accounts
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently (e.g., 100%+ quota attainment in previous roles)
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, inbound marketing principles, and the French tech market
  • Experience selling to mid-market companies (50-500 employees) in France
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and events
  • Valid work authorization in France
