Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in France and Spain
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and sales tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and partner teams to ensure customer success
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product roadmap
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and sales forecasting tools
  • Participate in industry events and webinars to represent HubSpot's growth culture
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting mid-market accounts
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in French and Spanish (written and spoken); English proficiency required
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and inbound marketing principles
  • Experience selling to mid-market companies in France and/or Spain
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with the French and Spanish tech or SaaS markets
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in inbound sales methodologies
