About the Role

In this high-impact role, you'll drive revenue growth by selling HubSpot's integrated CRM suite to mid-market companies (50-500 employees), helping them transform their go-to-market strategies with inbound methodologies. As part of our customer-first culture, you'll partner with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver personalized value and exceed ambitious sales targets in these vibrant markets. Your day-to-day will involve owning the full sales cycle: from strategic prospecting and discovery calls with French and Spanish executives, to captivating product demos highlighting HubSpot's marketing automation, sales CRM, and service hub capabilities. You'll leverage your deep understanding of regional business challenges to craft tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and foster long-term partnerships that fuel customer growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new pipeline within mid-market accounts in France and Spain
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to closed-won deals
  • Conduct product demos showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers for technical demos and POCs
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas and ARR targets
  • Develop account strategies aligned with HubSpot's growth culture
  • Provide customer feedback to inform product roadmap
  • Represent HubSpot at industry events and webinars in target regions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
  • Upsell and expand existing mid-market accounts
  • Stay updated on competitive landscape in CRM and martech

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or CRM
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in mid-market segment (50-500 employees)
  • Fluency in French and Spanish (written and spoken); English proficiency required
  • Experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or marketing automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of the French and Spanish markets
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events
  • Valid work authorization in France or Spain

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Previous role as Account Executive in mid-market SaaS sales
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing methodologies
