Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business with mid-market companies (50-500 employees) seeking CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos tailored to Hebrew-speaking prospects' needs
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM to achieve quarterly quotas
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams for seamless handoffs
  • Develop account strategies leveraging inbound methodologies to drive customer growth
  • Negotiate contracts and expand opportunities within existing accounts
  • Attend industry events and nurture relationships in the Hebrew-speaking market
  • Provide market feedback to inform HubSpot's product roadmap
  • Champion HubSpot's culture of transparency, hustle, and customer obsession
  • Track all sales activities and forecast accurately in real-time
  • Educate prospects on how HubSpot's flywheel model accelerates revenue growth

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing software
  • Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) with proven ability to sell to Israeli or Hebrew-speaking markets
  • Track record of exceeding quota in mid-market sales (ARR $50K-$250K deals)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and customer growth strategies
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for customer meetings and events
  • Authorization to work in Israel or EU with Hebrew market focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling HubSpot or comparable inbound marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with the Israeli tech ecosystem and mid-market businesses
