Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new pipeline within Hebrew-speaking mid-market accounts (100-500 employees)
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos showcasing HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to closed-won, including negotiations and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to deliver tailored inbound solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives in marketing, sales, and revenue operations
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly quota targets while contributing to team goals
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth playbook to drive customer adoption and expansion opportunities
  • Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and inbound marketing strategies
  • Participate in Hebrew-language events, webinars, and trade shows to build HubSpot's presence
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records and accurate forecasting in HubSpot Sales Hub

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing software
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in mid-market or SMB sales (deals $50K-$250K ARR)
  • Native or fluent Hebrew speaker with experience selling into Israeli or Hebrew-speaking markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and inbound marketing methodologies
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, or similar inbound sales tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for customer meetings and events in EMEA
