In this quota-carrying role, you'll target Mid-Market companies (ARR $50K-$250K) across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland, leveraging HubSpot's powerful platform to fuel their revenue growth. Your day-to-day will involve owning the full sales cycle: from strategic prospecting and discovery calls with marketing and sales leaders, to captivating demos of HubSpot's integrated hubs, and ultimately closing deals that transform businesses. You'll collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers, Partners, and Customer Success teams to craft bespoke solutions, while providing invaluable market insights to shape our product roadmap. With a focus on inbound methodology, you'll help Nordic companies build sustainable growth engines, all while exceeding your quotas and contributing to HubSpot's mission of helping millions grow better. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with Mid-Market companies in the Nordics (ARR $50K-$250K)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, sales, and service hubs
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, marketing directors, and sales leaders
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners to deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Leverage HubSpot's inbound methodology to drive customer growth and retention
  • Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities in the Nordics
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting in HubSpot
  • Mentor junior sales team members on HubSpot's growth culture and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in CRM or inbound marketing software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the Mid-Market segment (ARR $50K-$250K)
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics market dynamics, including business culture and decision-making processes
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is a plus
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to marketing, sales, and service teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Nordics region
  • Full-time availability and right to work in the EU/EEA
