As an Account Executive, Mid-Market - Nordics (English Speaking), you'll join our high-energy Sales team to drive growth in the Nordics region by selling our industry-leading CRM, inbound marketing, sales automation, and service solutions to mid-market companies (100-1000 employees). We're looking for a proven sales hunter who thrives in our customer-first, HEART-powered culture (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) and is passionate about helping businesses grow through inbound methodologies and scalable revenue operations. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle for high-value deals, leveraging HubSpot's all-in-one platform to solve complex challenges in marketing alignment, sales productivity, and customer retention. You'll prospect into targeted accounts using a mix of inbound leads from our world-class demand gen team, account-based outreach, and your own network in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. Expect to run discovery sessions, deliver tailored demos showcasing Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub integrations, negotiate contracts, and celebrate wins with your pod of Solutions Engineers, SDRs, and Customer Success Managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new pipeline within mid-market accounts in the Nordics region using inbound leads, ABM campaigns, and outbound strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos to uncover customer pain points in marketing, sales, and CRM processes
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including CMOs, CROs, and VPs of Sales
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver customized HubSpot CRM and inbound marketing demonstrations
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation, contract signing, and handoff to Customer Success
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain activity cadence in HubSpot CRM
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas (target $1M+ ARR)
  • Stay current on HubSpot product updates, competitive landscape, and Nordics market trends
  • Partner with marketing and enablement teams to refine go-to-market strategies for the region
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs for inbound marketing and growth tools
  • Attend industry events and represent HubSpot at Nordics trade shows and webinars

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally in CRM or inbound marketing solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in mid-market or enterprise sales (deals $50K-$250K ARR)
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics market, including business culture and decision-making processes
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience selling to marketing, sales, or revenue operations leaders
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Nordics region
  • Hunter mentality with a data-driven approach to pipeline generation and forecasting
