Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate pipeline within mid-market accounts in Ontario and Quebec
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiated close
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers for tailored product demonstrations
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and marketing leaders
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on customer needs to inform product roadmap
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth tools to accelerate deal velocity
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Track all activity in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing software
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in mid-market sales (ARR $50K-$250K deals)
  • Experience selling into Ontario and Quebec markets with bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and inbound marketing methodologies
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within Ontario and Quebec
  • Comfortable navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certification (e.g., Sales Software Certified or Inbound Sales)
  • Previous experience selling CRM solutions like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
  • Fluency in French with experience closing deals in Quebec
