Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in the Benelux region
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot's sales platform
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless inbound lead handoff
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide tailored solutions to help small businesses grow using HubSpot's all-in-one platform
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales activity reliably
  • Stay updated on HubSpot product releases and competitive landscape
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch, French, or other Benelux languages is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Benelux small business market and its digital transformation needs
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work remotely with excellent time management and self-motivation
  • Full work authorization in the EU/Benelux region
