You'll leverage HubSpot's intuitive platform to deliver personalized demos, articulate the value of inbound marketing, and build lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in the Benelux region
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product and strategy improvements
  • Develop deep knowledge of HubSpot's platform to articulate value propositions effectively
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth tools to optimize your own sales processes
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent)

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting small businesses
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the Benelux market dynamics and small business challenges
  • Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken); fluency in Dutch or French is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or similar inbound marketing platforms
  • Ability to work remotely with high autonomy and discipline
  • Full legal right to work in the Benelux region without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling CRM or inbound marketing solutions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot's product suite and inbound methodology
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies for small businesses
