About the Role

HubSpot is seeking a dynamic Account Executive Small Business - France to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll drive revenue growth by selling HubSpot's world-class CRM and inbound marketing platform to small businesses across France. You'll leverage HubSpot's powerful tools to help French SMBs attract visitors, convert leads, and delight customers, all while smashing your sales targets. Your day-to-day will involve prospecting high-potential small businesses, delivering compelling demos of HubSpot's all-in-one platform, and guiding prospects through the sales journey from initial contact to closed-won deals. You'll partner closely with our marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term customer growth. With a focus on the unique needs of the French market, you'll provide tailored solutions that drive inbound success, using data from HubSpot CRM to forecast accurately and optimize your pipeline. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads for small business accounts in the French market
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to showcase HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close
  • Build and nurture relationships with small business owners and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive customer growth
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track sales activities and forecast revenue
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs
  • Represent HubSpot at local events and webinars targeted at French SMBs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of the French small business market
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to small businesses in France or Europe
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing methodologies
  • Previous role in a high-growth tech company
