Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within the French small business market using inbound and outbound strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos to showcase HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture a pipeline to consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure customer growth and retention
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with SMB decision-makers
  • Provide insights on French market trends to inform product and sales strategies
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth tools to accelerate customer acquisition
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales activity
  • Participate in HubSpot's HEART culture by mentoring peers and contributing to team wins
  • Stay updated on inbound methodology to deliver value-driven sales conversations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the French small business market
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Ability to work remotely with high autonomy and discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to SMBs in France or Europe
  • HubSpot certification (e.g., Inbound Sales or HubSpot Sales Software)
