Account Executive - Small Business - Ireland OR UK Based (Office, Flex or Remote)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Department: Sales

About the Role

HubSpot is on a mission to help millions of companies grow better by empowering them with inbound marketing, sales, and CRM software. We're seeking a driven Account Executive - Small Business to join our Ireland/UK sales team. In this high-impact role, you'll focus on acquiring new small business customers (1-50 employees) across Ireland and the UK, helping them leverage HubSpot's all-in-one platform to attract visitors, convert leads, and delight customers. Whether working from our Dublin office, in a flex hybrid model, or fully remote, you'll thrive in our growth-oriented culture that values transparency, empathy, and remarkable results. You'll partner with small businesses facing growth challenges, educating them on inbound methodology to build sustainable pipelines and scale efficiently. Success means consistently smashing quotas while contributing insights that shape our product and go-to-market strategies in the competitive EU/UK market. We're looking for a quota-crushing seller with 3+ years in SaaS sales, a passion for small business success, and familiarity with CRM/inbound tools. If you embody HubSpot's HEARTU values—Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, and Transparent—you'll love our unlimited PTO, uncapped commissions, stock options, and vibrant community of growth-minded teammates. Join us to accelerate your career while helping small businesses in Ireland and the UK grow better with HubSpot.
