Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads for small businesses in Italy using inbound and outbound strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos to showcase HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close, achieving monthly quotas
  • Build and nurture relationships with small business owners and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure customer growth
  • Provide product expertise on HubSpot's platform to address customer pain points
  • Track sales activities and pipeline in HubSpot CRM
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in the Italian SMB space

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting small businesses
  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of the Italian small business market and CRM solutions
  • Experience with inbound sales methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Valid work authorization in Italy
