Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in the Nordics and Benelux regions
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and networking
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and expansion
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including pipeline updates and deal progression
  • Stay educated on HubSpot product updates, competitive landscape, and inbound selling best practices
  • Participate in sales training, certifications, and HubSpot's HEART culture initiatives
  • Support regional events, webinars, and partner ecosystems to drive lead generation

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting small businesses
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics and Benelux markets, including business culture and SMB dynamics
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); fluency in local languages (Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Full-time availability and legal right to work in the Nordics or Benelux region
