Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in the Nordics & Benelux regions
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and customer onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline through inbound leads, outbound efforts, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer growth
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product and strategy improvements
  • Leverage HubSpot tools to track sales activities, forecast accurately, and optimize performance
  • Stay updated on HubSpot's evolving product suite and competitive landscape
  • Represent HubSpot at virtual events, webinars, and local networking opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting small businesses
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics & Benelux markets, including business culture and SMB dynamics
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); fluency in local languages (e.g., Dutch, Swedish, Danish) a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
  • Full-time availability and right to work in the EU (Nordics or Benelux preferred)
