In this role, you'll be the frontline ambassador for HubSpot's all-in-one platform, helping small businesses across the Nordics and Benelux regions grow better by adopting our inbound methodology. Your day-to-day will focus on full-cycle sales: from proactive outbound prospecting using LinkedIn, email, and calls, to qualifying leads, delivering personalized HubSpot CRM and marketing hub demos, and negotiating contracts to hit aggressive quotas. You'll partner closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure every customer starts their HubSpot journey on the path to success, while providing valuable market feedback to shape our product roadmap. Success here demands a deep passion for SaaS sales, fluency in English, and an understanding of European SMB challenges like GDPR and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in Nordics & Benelux
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline through outbound and inbound lead generation
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product roadmap
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with HubSpot's inbound philosophy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's HEART culture (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent)
  • Travel occasionally for regional events or customer meetings

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in small business or SMB segments
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); experience selling into Nordics & Benelux markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and inbound marketing methodologies
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Nordics or Benelux language skills (Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
  • Previous experience selling HubSpot or comparable inbound marketing tools
  • Familiarity with European SMB market dynamics and compliance (GDPR)
  • Certified in HubSpot Sales or Inbound Sales
