Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in the Nordics
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and networking
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on customer needs and market trends to inform product roadmap
  • Develop deep knowledge of HubSpot's platform to articulate value propositions effectively
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent)
  • Track all sales activities in HubSpot CRM and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Attend industry events and webinars to generate leads in the Nordics region

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment targeting small businesses
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Nordics region
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and inbound marketing methodologies
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture
  • Valid work authorization in a Nordic country

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with HubSpot or similar inbound marketing/CRM tools
  • Familiarity with the Nordic tech or SaaS market landscape
  • Experience in consultative selling or solution selling
