Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in the Nordics region
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and networking
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and growth
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product and strategy decisions
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including activities, deals, and forecasts
  • Educate prospects on the value of inbound marketing and how HubSpot drives business growth
  • Participate in sales training, webinars, and HubSpot's HEART-powered growth culture initiatives
  • Represent HubSpot at regional events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads
  • Upsell and expand existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology sales targeting small businesses
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics market, including small business dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); fluency in additional Nordic languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or similar inbound marketing platforms
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and events in the Nordics region
  • Full-time availability and right to work in the Nordics or EU
