Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in the Nordics region
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and sales tools
  • Build and nurture relationships with SMB decision-makers to understand their growth challenges
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product roadmap
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth tools to optimize your own sales pipeline and performance
  • Represent HubSpot at regional events, webinars, and networking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts to support data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting small businesses
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics market, including business culture and SMB challenges
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is a plus
  • Experience selling CRM, inbound marketing, or marketing automation solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and events in the Nordics region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with HubSpot or similar inbound marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with Nordic SMB sectors such as e-commerce, professional services, or tech startups
  • Demonstrated success in account-based selling or consultative sales methodologies
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
