Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in the Nordics
  • Conduct product demos and presentations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing
  • Build and nurture relationships with SMB decision-makers to drive adoption and expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure customer delight
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and achieve/exceed quarterly quotas
  • Stay informed on Nordics market trends and competitive landscape
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track activities, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's growth culture
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing small business accounts
  • Represent HubSpot at regional events and webinars to generate leads

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing software
  • Proven track record of closing deals with small businesses (SMBs) in the Nordics region
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional Nordic language proficiency highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas consistently
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics market dynamics and small business challenges
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and events
