Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small business prospects
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
  • Build and nurture relationships with SMB customers to drive adoption and expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align on inbound strategies
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report on key metrics in HubSpot CRM
  • Stay updated on HubSpot product updates and competitive landscape
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide feedback to product teams on small business customer needs
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's high-growth culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and inbound marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growth-oriented culture
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce or HubSpot CRM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to small businesses or SMB market segment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot's inbound marketing methodology
  • Previous exposure to digital marketing tools or marketing automation platforms
