Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support HubSpot's analytics needs
  • Collaborate with data analysts, marketers, and sales teams to define data requirements for inbound marketing and CRM insights
  • Implement data models optimized for HubSpot CRM data, enabling real-time reporting and forecasting
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across analytics platforms
  • Optimize ETL/ELT processes using tools like dbt to handle large-scale marketing and customer data
  • Develop dashboards and self-service analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions in a growth culture

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines for performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools such as dbt, Airflow, or Fivetran
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics
  • Experience working with CRM data, preferably HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data quality best practices
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications
