You'll translate customer challenges into scalable CRM and marketing automation strategies, delivering demos, proofs-of-concept, and implementation roadmaps that showcase the full power of the HubSpot platform. As an Associate Solution Architect, you'll dive deep into customer needs during discovery sessions, design integrations with existing tech stacks, and ensure seamless adoption of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs. You'll work in a collaborative, high-energy environment where our growth culture thrives on innovation, transparency, and remarkable results. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and architect HubSpot solutions tailored to DACH customer needs
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and deliver customized demos showcasing inbound marketing and CRM capabilities
  • Lead proof-of-concept implementations and integrations with third-party systems
  • Provide post-sale technical guidance to ensure successful HubSpot adoption and growth
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-level stakeholders in German and English
  • Stay ahead of HubSpot product updates and contribute to regional solution best practices
  • Support customer workshops and training on CRM, marketing, sales, and service hubs
  • Identify upsell opportunities through deep customer engagement and solution optimization
  • Work cross-functionally with global HubSpot teams to resolve escalations
  • Contribute to the growth culture by mentoring junior team members and sharing success stories

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages spoken in DACH region (e.g., French) highly advantageous
  • Proven experience implementing CRM solutions, preferably HubSpot or similar platforms like Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and customer growth strategies
  • Ability to travel within the DACH region as needed for customer meetings
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Inbound Marketing)
  • Experience in the DACH market with knowledge of regional data privacy regulations (GDPR)
  • Background in SaaS sales or customer success roles
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, sales enablement, and service hub tools
  • Technical proficiency in API integrations and web development
