Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and architect HubSpot solutions tailored to LATAM customer needs
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and demos showcasing CRM, inbound marketing, and revenue operations capabilities
  • Provide post-sales technical guidance to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of HubSpot platform
  • Develop proof-of-concept integrations and custom solutions using HubSpot APIs and developer tools
  • Support customers in optimizing their inbound marketing strategies and CRM workflows
  • Act as a technical advisor for complex implementations involving Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and contribute to HubSpot's growth culture
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in knowledge-sharing within the Services organization
  • Travel to customer sites in LATAM to deliver workshops and solution architecture sessions
  • Stay current with HubSpot product updates and industry trends in CRM and martech

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as solutions engineering, consulting, or pre-sales support
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus for LATAM markets
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or SaaS solutions
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within LATAM region
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
