You'll bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer growth ambitions, delivering demos, POCs, and expertise that close deals and fuel inbound success stories. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, showcase HubSpot's flexibility via custom integrations, and address technical objections head-on. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to support pre-sales activities for Finnish-speaking prospects and customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs tailored to inbound marketing and CRM use cases
  • Build and deliver custom proofs of concept (POCs) using HubSpot's APIs and integrations
  • Respond to technical questions during sales cycles, addressing CRM customization and scalability concerns
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and product teams to provide Finnish market feedback
  • Assist in scoping implementation projects and estimating timelines for HubSpot deployments
  • Support customer onboarding by troubleshooting issues and optimizing inbound strategies
  • Stay current on HubSpot product updates and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Participate in discovery calls to uncover technical requirements and align with growth goals
  • Help drive HubSpot's culture of transparency by documenting successful deals and learnings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as support, pre-sales, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or inbound marketing tools
  • Ability to collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical demonstrations and proofs of concept
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or HubSpot events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing methodologies and growth-driven strategies
  • Prior experience in the Finnish market or with Nordic enterprise customers
  • Technical certifications such as HubSpot Solutions Architect or AWS/Google Cloud
