Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for Finnish-speaking prospects during the sales cycle, conducting demos and POCs
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer needs and architect tailored HubSpot solutions
  • Provide technical expertise on HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing, sales, and service hubs
  • Build and deliver customized proof-of-concept integrations and workflows
  • Respond to technical objections and educate prospects on HubSpot's value proposition
  • Support customer onboarding and initial success post-sale for Finnish clients
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on Finnish market trends and feedback
  • Participate in discovery calls, demos, and Q&A sessions in Finnish
  • Stay current on HubSpot product updates and competitive landscape
  • Help scale HubSpot's presence in the Finnish market through successful deal closures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as pre-sales, support, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, SaaS applications, and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative growth environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or HubSpot events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing tools, or similar platforms like Salesforce or Marketo
  • Background in software development, APIs, or web integrations
  • Prior exposure to Finnish market dynamics and B2B sales cycles
