Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to support French-speaking prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations
  • Conduct product demos showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, sales, and service hubs tailored to customer needs
  • Gather and document customer technical requirements to inform solution architecture and implementation strategies
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with detailed technical proposals and competitive positioning
  • Provide post-sale technical onboarding and knowledge transfer to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve escalations
  • Stay current on HubSpot product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Contribute to the solutions engineering knowledge base with reusable assets and best practices
  • Support inbound marketing initiatives by creating French-language technical content and webinars
  • Champion HubSpot's growth culture by mentoring junior team members and sharing customer insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as pre-sales, support, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, SaaS applications, and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative growth environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or events
