Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to support Norwegian-speaking prospects through the sales cycle, from discovery to close
  • Conduct live product demonstrations tailored to inbound marketing and CRM use cases, showcasing HubSpot's full platform
  • Respond to technical questions and objections, translating complex CRM and SaaS features into business value
  • Build proof-of-concept integrations and custom demos using HubSpot APIs and developer tools
  • Gather customer requirements and provide feedback to HubSpot's product and engineering teams
  • Deliver post-sale technical onboarding and success enablement for Norwegian clients
  • Collaborate in HubSpot's high-growth culture, contributing to team knowledge sharing and innovation
  • Stay current on HubSpot updates, inbound marketing trends, and competitive landscape
  • Support marketing events, webinars, and virtual demos targeted at the Norwegian market
  • Achieve quarterly pipeline and demo metrics while fostering customer delight

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as pre-sales, support, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or inbound marketing concepts
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or HubSpot events
  • Right to work in Ireland or the EU

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub
  • Previous exposure to inbound marketing methodologies or growth hacking
