Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Solutions Engineering team in demonstrating HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub to Swedish-speaking prospects
  • Conduct product demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical workshops tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify leads and develop customized solution proposals
  • Provide technical expertise during sales cycles, including responding to RFPs and security questionnaires
  • Troubleshoot customer technical issues and escalate to product teams as needed
  • Contribute to the localization and optimization of HubSpot solutions for the Swedish market
  • Stay current on HubSpot product updates, inbound marketing trends, and competitor landscapes
  • Build relationships with customers to drive adoption, renewals, and expansions
  • Participate in HubSpot's growth culture by mentoring interns and sharing best practices
  • Represent HubSpot at industry events and webinars targeted at Nordic audiences

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as pre-sales, support, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or inbound marketing tools
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing methodologies and growth strategies
  • Prior experience in the Swedish market or with Nordic customers
