Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to support Swedish-speaking prospects through the sales cycle, from discovery to close
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer needs, showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing capabilities
  • Perform technical validations, proof-of-concepts, and custom integrations to address unique customer requirements
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to influence HubSpot's product roadmap and enhance inbound methodologies
  • Provide post-sale technical onboarding and success enablement for new Swedish customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams
  • Stay current on HubSpot features, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in CRM and marketing automation
  • Contribute to the growth culture by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices
  • Represent HubSpot at industry events and webinars targeted at the Swedish market
  • Troubleshoot technical objections and architect solutions that drive customer adoption and expansion

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as pre-sales, support, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, or SaaS platforms
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to close deals
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing tools, or similar platforms like Salesforce or Marketo
