Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept builds
  • Conduct technical discovery calls with prospects to uncover technical requirements and pain points
  • Build and customize HubSpot CRM configurations, workflows, and integrations to showcase value
  • Deliver live demos of HubSpot's inbound marketing, sales, and service hubs tailored to customer use cases
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs by providing technical documentation and architecture diagrams
  • Support customer onboarding by assisting with initial setup and best practices for HubSpot implementation
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
  • Stay current on HubSpot product updates, competitive landscape, and inbound methodology trends
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing sessions
  • Attend industry events and customer meetings to represent HubSpot's technical expertise
  • Analyze prospect data to recommend personalized HubSpot solutions driving revenue growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical support
  • Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or SaaS platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer meetings and events
