Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Benelux customers, ensuring their success with HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing platform
  • Drive customer adoption, renewals, and expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating churn risks
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on goals, showcase ROI, and optimize HubSpot usage
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Educate customers on inbound marketing best practices, CRM optimization, and growth strategies
  • Monitor customer health metrics using HubSpot tools and proactively address potential issues
  • Localize support and resources for Dutch, French, and English-speaking customers in Benelux
  • Participate in customer events, webinars, and INBOUND-style workshops tailored to the region
  • Contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) in all interactions
  • Analyze usage data to provide actionable insights and foster long-term partnerships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS support roles
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a strong plus for Benelux coverage)
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts in a subscription-based SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, inbound marketing principles, and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience working with customers in the Benelux region, including cultural and market nuances
  • Ability to travel up to 20% within Benelux for customer meetings and events
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub
  • Previous success in driving customer adoption and expansion in EMEA markets
