Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify inbound leads using HubSpot CRM to identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Conduct discovery calls and nurture leads through the inbound sales funnel
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Build and manage a pipeline through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Leverage HubSpot tools to track engagement, score leads, and personalize outreach
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's growth culture initiatives
  • Analyze sales data and provide feedback to optimize inbound marketing strategies
  • Stay updated on HubSpot product updates and inbound methodology best practices
  • Support global sales team with Japan market insights and localization efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in Japanese (business level) and conversational English proficiency
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, inbound marketing-driven culture
  • Authorization to work in Japan

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar inbound marketing platforms
  • Prior BDR or inside sales experience in tech/SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with APAC markets and sales methodologies
