Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within the ANZ region using cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and events
  • Qualify inbound leads from HubSpot's marketing efforts and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and articulate how HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions drive growth
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop tailored proposals and demos for ANZ businesses
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline using HubSpot CRM to track activities and forecast accurately
  • Stay informed on ANZ market trends, competitor landscape, and HubSpot product updates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market, including local business challenges and opportunities
  • Excellent proficiency in English; additional languages spoken in ANZ (e.g., Mandarin) a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Right to work in Australia or New Zealand
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first sales environment
