Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within the ANZ region using inbound and outbound strategies
  • Qualify inbound leads from HubSpot's marketing efforts and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and align HubSpot CRM solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities seamlessly
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Leverage HubSpot tools to track activities, manage contacts, and report on performance
  • Stay informed on ANZ market trends, competitor landscape, and HubSpot product updates
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's growth culture through feedback
  • Attend virtual team meetings and regional events to represent HubSpot
  • Achieve and exceed targets for meetings booked, opportunities created, and revenue influenced

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market, including local business culture and regulations
  • Excellent proficiency in English; additional languages spoken in ANZ (e.g., Mandarin) a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with flexible hours accommodating ANZ time zones
  • Right to work in Australia or New Zealand

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing principles
  • Previous exposure to HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in the ANZ tech or marketing services sector
