Department: Sales

About the Role

HubSpot, the leading CRM platform powering growth for millions of businesses worldwide, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive expansion in the Benelux market. As an English-speaking BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, introducing them to HubSpot's powerful suite of inbound marketing, sales, and service tools. In this high-impact role, you'll leverage HubSpot's own CRM to prospect, qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline, contributing to our mission of helping companies grow better in a customer-first world. You'll collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities, analyze Benelux market trends to refine our approach, and hit ambitious quotas in a supportive, metrics-driven environment. At HubSpot, we embrace a culture of transparency, experimentation, and HEART (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent), where your growth is as important as our customers'. If you're passionate about SaaS, thrive in a fast-paced growth culture, and have a knack for connecting with European businesses, join our Benelux sales team to help more companies unlock their potential with HubSpot. This remote role offers flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the chance to make a real impact on HubSpot's European expansion.
