Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads within the DACH region through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Qualify leads and nurture prospects using HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in HubSpot
  • Stay informed on DACH market trends, competitors, and HubSpot product updates
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to team growth initiatives
  • Support marketing campaigns tailored to DACH audiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages like French a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) dynamics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
