Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers in the Italian market using HubSpot's CRM and inbound methodologies
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
  • Educate prospects on HubSpot's inbound marketing, sales, and CRM solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute territory strategies
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to qualified opportunity handoff
  • Attend industry events and webinars to build HubSpot's presence in Italy
  • Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress using HubSpot tools
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the Italian SaaS landscape
  • Contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) in all interactions
  • Support demand generation campaigns tailored to Italian businesses

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and business culture
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Eligibility to work in Italy without sponsorship
