Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers in the Italian market using HubSpot's inbound and outbound strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified opportunities through CRM management
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads seamlessly
  • Leverage HubSpot's CRM, Sales Hub, and Marketing Hub tools to drive efficiency
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities
  • Represent HubSpot at virtual and in-person events targeted at Italian businesses
  • Provide market feedback to inform product and marketing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in HubSpot CRM
  • Stay updated on inbound marketing trends and HubSpot's evolving platform features

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and business culture
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
