Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads in the Nordic market through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Qualify inbound leads from HubSpot's marketing efforts and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including activities, leads, and deals
  • Stay informed on HubSpot product updates, Nordic market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Build relationships with Nordic businesses to drive adoption of HubSpot's growth platform
  • Support marketing campaigns targeted at Nordic enterprises and SMBs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) highly advantageous
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and inbound marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with flexible hours
  • Legal right to work in a Nordic country (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, or Finland)
