In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, introducing them to HubSpot's all-in-one inbound marketing, sales, and service platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads within the Nordic market to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers
  • Educate prospects on HubSpot's inbound marketing, sales, and CRM solutions
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including lead activities and pipeline updates
  • Stay informed on Nordic market trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in sales training and HubSpot Academy certifications
  • Contribute to team success through knowledge sharing in our growth-oriented culture
  • Represent HubSpot at virtual or in-person Nordic events and webinars

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of the Nordic market dynamics and business culture
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Legal right to work in a Nordic country

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in SaaS or tech sales
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing principles
