Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers using HubSpot's CRM and inbound leads
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social selling to generate pipeline
  • Educate prospects on HubSpot's inbound marketing, sales, and CRM solutions
  • Schedule and manage discovery calls, demos, and initial meetings with sales teams
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in HubSpot CRM
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation
  • Stay updated on HubSpot product updates, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing through deal reviews and best practices
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on lead quality and nurturing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inbound marketing methodologies
