Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers in the UKI region using cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Generate new pipeline through inbound lead follow-up and outbound campaigns
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and align with HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including activities and deal stages
  • Stay updated on HubSpot product features, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth culture to experiment with new outreach strategies
  • Build relationships with prospects to nurture long-term inbound marketing adoption

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of the UKI market and B2B software sales dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a sales environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Right to work in the UK or Ireland
