You'll gather requirements from stakeholders, design integrations that sync CRM data with finance systems, and build reporting dashboards to monitor key metrics like DSO and payment trends. By leveraging HubSpot's inbound marketing ecosystem, you'll ensure AR processes align with lead-to-cash journeys, minimizing friction and accelerating growth for our 150,000+ customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize AR processes to automate invoicing, payments, and collections using tools like Bill.com and HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Operations teams to design scalable finance system integrations
  • Map business requirements for AR automation and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot CRM, finance systems, and third-party AR tools
  • Create dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track AR metrics, DSO, and cash flow performance
  • Identify bottlenecks in current AR workflows and propose inbound marketing-aligned solutions
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment of AR automation enhancements
  • Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend continuous improvements
  • Partner with inbound marketing teams to ensure seamless data flow from leads to invoicing
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for AR systems
  • Stay ahead of SaaS industry trends in finance automation to drive HubSpot's growth culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in finance systems, with focus on AR processes
  • Proven experience with AR automation tools such as Bill.com, Stripe, or Zuora
  • Strong understanding of financial processes including accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
  • Experience integrating finance systems with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
