Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential channel partners in the German-speaking market, focusing on agencies, consultancies, and tech integrators
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive partner onboarding and activation
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's Partner Operations team to qualify leads and execute acquisition strategies
  • Conduct demos of HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and sales tools tailored to partner use cases
  • Develop localized go-to-market strategies for the DACH region to accelerate partner growth
  • Track partner acquisition metrics using HubSpot CRM and report on pipeline health and performance
  • Support partners with enablement resources, training, and co-selling opportunities
  • Attend industry events and webinars to represent HubSpot and generate partner leads
  • Analyze market trends in inbound marketing and CRM to identify high-potential partner segments
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to ensure partner success
  • Negotiate partner agreements and drive initial revenue commitments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in partner acquisition, channel sales, or business development
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) at a native or C1+ level
  • Proficiency in English for cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets in a sales environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and SaaS sales cycles
  • Experience working with partners in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for partner events and meetings

Preferred Qualifications
