Key Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate, and draft complex contracts for upmarket enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for Québécois French-speaking accounts, from initial review to execution and renewals
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to mitigate risks and accelerate deal closures
  • Ensure compliance with Quebec legal standards, GDPR, and HubSpot's global policies in all agreements
  • Identify opportunities to standardize contract language for inbound marketing and CRM service offerings
